Information we collect

We store registration details, business addresses and license documents, product listings, order and delivery records, support messages, authentication sessions and administrative audit records. We use this information to operate accounts, review business applications, fulfill marketplace requests and provide support. Transactional email is sent through the configured mail provider.

Access and account requests

Business license documents are available to the submitting business and platform administrators. Order information is available to the buyer, seller and administrators. Account sessions use essential cookies. Contact support to request correction, account closure or information about retention and deletion. This initial notice does not define a finalized retention schedule.

Marketplace participation

Businesses must hold appropriate valid licenses for the markets they serve. Administrator approval is a platform review and does not establish regulatory authorization. Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, storage, distribution permissions and fulfillment. The platform does not provide medical advice.

Ordering, prescriptions and payments

Manufacturers supply distributors; distributors supply pharmacies; pharmacies supply consumers. Orders are requests to the seller. This release does not collect payments online or automatically bill subscriptions. Prescription-required consumer checkout is disabled pending pharmacist review integration. External delivery-carrier synchronization is not enabled; sellers and administrators provide delivery updates.

Release status

This is an initial platform release. Commercial pricing, supported jurisdictions, fulfillment and return terms, final privacy and retention policies, automated billing, and native app distribution must be finalized before commercial launch.
